Posted: 4/24/2009

This FREE SAMHSA Homeless Resource Center webcast on April 29, 2009 at 12pm ET will present a model for involving staff at all levels to systematically track program outputs, use these data to impact client outcomes, and favorably position your agency to obtain funding.

Increasingly, it is becoming important for homeless service providers to document performance for program improvement and funding purposes. This webcast will present a model for involving staff at all levels to systematically track program outputs, use these data to impact client outcomes, and favorably position your agency to obtain funding. This innovative model was developed by St. Vincent de Paul Village in San Diego, CA.
