Chronicle of Philanthropy Teaches Year-End Fund Raising

The Chronicle of Philanthropy is holding an online event titled "Strengthen Your Year-End Fund Raising and Sow the Seeds for a Successful 2010" on Wednesday, September 30, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET. The webinar will discuss strategies that charities can use to advance year-end fund raising in the course of soliciting major gifts; planning galas and special events; and developing direct-mail, telephone and online appeals.
Participants will also learn how to ensure that their organizations' short-term tactical decisions won't inhibit long-term fund-raising prospects or the ability to advance a mission.
