RFPs for VA Enhanced-Use Lease Opportunities

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has announced six new Mission Homeless Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) opportunities nationally. Under provisions of its EUL Statute, the VA is authorized to lease property under its jurisdiction either to enhance it or to demonstrably improve services to eligible veterans. Mission Homeless EUL opportunities are open to those with a proven track record of developing affordable housing and providing support services to the homeless, including homeless veterans.

Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are available via registration at the links below. Proposals are due no later than noon on Dec. 8, 2009. Questions can be directed to the project emails as indicated within the RFPs.
