Nat’l Technical Assistance Center Holds HVRP Teleconference

The Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) National Technical Assistance Center at Virginia Commonwealth University is holding an HVRP training session – or rather, a “national listening session” – called “Female Homeless Veterans and Veterans with Families.” The training, which is being held primarily via teleconference (a limited number of participants will attend in person), will be split into two sessions. The first will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 1 - 4 p.m., and the second will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
As a whole, the national listening session will cover the following topics: health and disability issues, housing, social/behavioral issues, veteran benefits, legal issues, educational issues and employment.
