Q: In Section Five, you spoke about changing auditors. How difficult is it to change auditors and what does this process entail?

A: As far as cost to your organization, I think most contracts would be written to say there is an escape clause, but as  far as paying them, you’d have to pay them for any work that’s been done up to that point. So you first have to ask if it’s cost beneficial to pay them up to this point and then pay the next guy. It might be a necessity, though, if they’re inadequate for your organization.
