June 26, 2013

June is PTSD Awareness Month, and the National Center for PTSD has been releasing resources and information each week to promote PTSD awareness. The themes for each week of June have been: learn about PTSD, challenge beliefs, explore options, and reach out.

For those who have PTSD, treatment can help them get better and live a full life. For those who are providers, they can help someone take the step into treatment. And anyone else in the community can make a difference by understanding more about PTSD.
