The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) will host the fifth annual Warrior Resilience Conference, from Aug. 12 to 16. For the first time, the conference will be online. The change in venue accommodates budget cuts and stricter guidelines on conference travel for government agencies while acknowledging the critical need to offer training, insights and resources on resilience with military line leaders and health care providers, including chaplains. Registration is open.
With the theme, “Optimizing Physical and Psychological Resilience and Performance,” this year’s conference will focus on resilience and the prevention and treatment of combat and operational stress injuries, to optimize performance and enhance physical and psychological resilience.
